I am a full believer that your energy is the energy that you’re going to get back. This morning I went to the office and my colleague was in a terrible mood. It’s like he took the energy of the bad things going on around him and kept it inside. You can’t do that- you’ll die. There are so many negative things in this world and so many ways you can be upset, depressed, aggravated. If you’re personal happiness means something to you, you have to look past the basic elements and strive to stay in a calm and centered place. Not everything is going to be perfect, but you have to be happy with the imperfections and make it work for you.
